Town & Country Self Storage - This complex has five buildings with over 100 units.  It is fenced and gated with a code key electric gate.

Arena Mini-Storage is a large complex for the area.  It has 5 buildings with well over 150 units.  The buildings all have a high 4 on 12 roof pitch.

MAK Storage was built in an existing parking lot.  Since their was limited space, getting the right mix of units was tricky.  The overall project turned out well.  He has 4 units with overhead doors and electric openers.  He planned on using them for himself, but they rented so quickly he hasn't had a chance.

Jay's storage was also built in tight quarters.  This land sat dormant for some years.  The owner decided he wanted to do something with it.  Therefore the buildings in this complex aren't very large but they have the right mix of unit sizes.  He wishes he owned more land.	This is the VFW storage units.  We came into this job after a fly-by-night contractor had made a mess of it.  We fixed the steel he had up and finished the rest of the buildings.  This building should be a lesson to all potential storage owners.  Check out your contractor's history.  It costs much less to do it right the first time than to  have it done twice.
Mogck Storage is the "no building is too small" project.  It is a 22' x 60' building in Sioux Falls.	Tri-State Storage
